The acclaimed documentary ‘Kathleen Lynn – the Rebel Doctor’ will screen as part of the RCPI Heritage Week on the 22- and 25th August at 12 Noon. Screening are free and can be booked here at RCPI. The director Sé Merry Doyle will introduce both screening. Ingrid Craigie plays the part of Kathleen Lynn and there are interviews with her working colleague Doctor Barbara Stokes and her biographer Margaret Ó hÓgartaigh. For more info on the film

After successful screening at ADFF New York and Festival du Art in Montreal the acclaimed feature documentary ‘Talking to My Father’ screens in Beirut courtesy of the Arab Centre for Architecture. The film will have two screening. on Tuesday May 31, 2016 at 6pm and 8:30pm at Metropolis Empire Sofil in Ashrafieh, Beirut.
The Architecture and Design Festival has selected ‘Talking to My Father’ for two prestigious screening in New York on the 14th and 16th of October. This festival ranks as the biggest architecture based film event in America and it is
a great honour that Sé Merry Doyle’s feature documentary gets two screenings. Coinciding with the New York screening is the wonderful news that the Irish Film Institute will give the film a short theatrical run beginning on the 16th October.

A very intimate screening of Sé Merry Doyle’s new feature documentary ‘Talking to my Father’ at the Sara Walker Gallery. Sara is the daughter of Robin Walker who alongside her brother Simon are the two main protagonists of this film set in the world of architecture. It will also be a memorable screening as it is close to the location of one of Robin’s most famous creations ‘Bothar Bui‘ the home he built for his family on the wild Beara Penninsula.
