JImmyTuleLakeCampLighthouse Cinema April 12th 6 PM. Access Cinema who run this annual festival are showing the film as a mark of respect to the great animator who sadly passed away early this year. Cinemagoer’s will be familiar with Jimmy’s work like ‘Snowman’ and When the Wind Blow’s but may not be aware of the dark chapter of his childhood when he and his family spent four years in an American  concentration camp during WW2. Sé Merry Doyle’s documentary uncovers the story of what happened to thousands of Japanese Americans after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. This Loopline Film Production has received awards at festivals and will screen soon on RTE TV
